Sedona was awesome, very professional, friendly, and on time. Billy, the person who did the work, was great. He showed up on time, finished the job without any concerns, cleaned up without missing a trick, and was willing to look at a clogged drain for me that was not part of the original job. I would hire Sedona again for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.
I met Zack as a first-time customer on an after-hours emergency call when my furnace shut down. He arrived within 40 minutes and quickly found and fixed the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency of his work and his friendly attitude (on a cold Friday night at the end of the workweek, right around dinnertime!). Sedona will be my first call next time.
Zack came to my home on a Saturday morning when my heating system had stopped working the night before—one of the coldest nights of the year. He identified the issue in my very complicated heating system and replaced the faulty part. He then made sure nothing was wrong with my other system on the second floor. He is knowledgeable, smart, caring, and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend him. On a scale of 1 to 10, Zack is an 11.
I live in Winchester and contacted Sedona Plumbing regarding a leaking copper pipe in my basement. My house was built in 1956, and many of the horizontal copper pipes were deteriorating. Zack and his crew responded quickly, gave me a reasonable bid for replacing all of the affected pipes, and completed the work that very same day. The workers were friendly and professional and left the area clean. They even accommodated a last-minute request to repair an outside spigot! I was very pleased with everything and will not hesitate to use them again.
Zack was great! He rerouted an exhaust pipe for our roof and a vent for our dryer. All the pipework was solid and nicely finished. He also took time to walk through options with us, explain everything, and give us some good tips for a couple of other small projects around the house. Definitely calling him again next time!

Zack was amazing and provided great service. Our AC stopped working, and we noticed a water stain around one of the vents. Zack was responsive and came out the next morning. He re-piped our entire system due to a blockage and did it in a way that will make it easier to resolve any future blockages. While fixing this, he also addressed multiple other issues he noticed, such as insulating the pipes and installing a new filter. He did everything in one day and explained the issues in a way I could understand.
I own a small business in Winchester, and our heat was out for a day and a half while we were waiting on the HVAC company I usually use. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I called around, and Sedona was the only company that could get out there that day (within hours). They quickly figured out what was wrong and got our heat back up and running. The team was very professional and explained why it went out. Highly recommend!
It was a harrowing day for Bostonians today, especially those of us who live in areas with high water. After a very wet night and over four inches of rain, my sump pump malfunctioned and was about to overflow. I was referred to Sedona Plumbing & Heating, and Zack, the owner, actually picked up the phone and let me know he’d be over within the hour. He arrived on time, assessed the issue, made the repair, and provided recommendations on how to avoid future drainage problems. Incredibly helpful, professional, and reasonably priced. The best part was that he didn’t charge unnecessary fees just because he could. He delivered great service, earned a customer for life, and will definitely receive more referrals from me.
